Meet our CEO, LILIANE Bisemure

LILIANE Bisemure is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Dilianda Translations Africa. A passionate conference interpreter and language professional, she has dedicated her career to giving every African voice a seat, and a microphone, at the most important decision-making tables on the continent and beyond.

Under her leadership, Dilianda has grown into a trusted Pan-African partner for governments, continental institutions, civil society and the private sector, delivering interpretation, translation and multilingual communication that bridges cultures, languages and borders.

Her vision is simple: no decision should be made without every voice in the room.

Dilianda Translations Africa proudly operates a branch in Kigali, the capital of Rwanda, bringing our Pan-African language expertise closer to Rwandan institutions, businesses and communities.

Our Rwanda branch has been active since 2025, serving clients across the country and the wider East African region with professional interpretation and translation services.

Our mission here is clear: to amplify the Rwandan voice — making sure it is heard, understood and respected at every table where decisions are made, both at home and on the global stage.
